Grinyard charges a monthly subscription fee of $599. This fee covers access to our platform and the wholesale delivery services we offer for the duration of your subscription. Moreover, you get a 30% discount on all wholesale fruits and vegetables, customized packages for your deliveries, early-bird exclusive deals on wholesale groceries, and a personalized delivery scheduler. Additional transaction fees may apply based on the value or volume of orders facilitated through our platform.
03. Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription with Grinyard anytime. Reach out to our customer support team or utilize the cancellation options available on our platform. Please note that the cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
04. How reliable is Grinyard's delivery service?
Grinyard strives to ensure timely delivery of wholesale orders. We allow you to schedule the times you want the delivery. By default, we do deliveries weekly, but a customer can opt for daily or monthly deliveries. Ps. All daily deliveries come with an additional cost. In case of any inconvenience that will delay the delivery of your goods, we will contact you abruptly. We aim to minimize any delays or issues that may arise during the delivery process.
