01. Subscription Plan

1.1 Monthly Fee: Grinyard offers a monthly subscription plan priced at $599. This fee grants you access to our platform and the full range of wholesale delivery services we provide throughout the duration of your subscription. Check our FAQs for extra gist.

1.2 Payment Schedule: The monthly fee is due at the beginning of each billing cycle. Your billing cycle will commence on the date of your subscription and continue for 30 days thereafter. Subsequent payments will be automatically charged to the payment method provided during the registration process.

1.3 Fee Changes: Grinyard reserves the right to modify the monthly fee with prior notice. We will notify you of any fee changes through email or other means of communication. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of the fee change constitutes your acceptance of the updated pricing.

02. Additional Fees

2.1 Transaction Fees: In addition to the monthly subscription fee, Grinyard may charge transaction fees or commissions based on the value or volume of wholesale orders facilitated through our platform. The details of such fees will be clearly communicated to you prior to any transaction.

2.2 Third-Party Charges: Please note that you may incur additional charges imposed by third-party payment processors or financial institutions for transactions conducted through the Grinyard platform. Grinyard is not responsible for any such charges and recommends reviewing the terms and conditions of the respective third parties.

03. Fee Payment and Refunds

3.1 Payment Method: Grinyard accepts payment via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other payment methods as specified on our platform. You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date payment information.

3.2 Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you choose to cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date. By providing your payment information, you authorize Grinyard to charge the applicable fees for the next billing cycle.

3.3 Refunds: Grinyard does not offer refunds for subscription fees once they have been paid. However, in exceptional circumstances, we may consider refunds or credits on a case-by-case basis, subject to our sole discretion.

04. Termination

4.1 Subscription Cancellation: You have the option to cancel your subscription at any time by contacting Grinyard customer support or utilizing the available cancellation options on our platform. Subscription cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

4.2 Termination by Grinyard: Grinyard reserves the right to terminate or suspend your subscription and access to our platform at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of the terms of service or non-payment of fees.

05. Modification to Pricing Policy

Grinyard reserves the right to modify or update this pricing policy at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through the Grinyard platform or other means. By continuing to use our services after the effective date of any modifications, you accept and agree to be bound by the revised pricing policy.
